Event Description: The ACFCCA Winter Salon is designed to offer CCA members and non members an opportunity to hone their skills by challenging their philosophy of food and their methodology of cooking within the arena of ACF sanctioned culinary competition. Individuals entering in both K or P and A,B,C,D, who may require time to finish cold food work prior to judging, please contact show chair for details. *All times are subject to change; market basket categories are limited to professionals who may choose to enter as an individual or as a two person team. Individual competitors will be supplied an apprentice. F‐1 and F‐2 participants will be required to bring all cookware, tools, utensils, food storage containers and china, a market basket and a commons table will be supplies as outlined by the ACF competition manual.
